Where are you based?  Where do you ship from?

-We are based in the Chicagoland area.  All Missile orders ship directly from our office in Illinois. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

-For customers within the United States, your order should arrive between 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you do not receive your order within 3 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us and we will make sure you get The Missile in no time!

How do I check the status of my order?

-Upon order completion, you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact support@missilevac.com 

How can I properly store my Missile?

-You can store The Missile anywhere!  The Missile will fit in cup holders, door folds, glove compartments and consoles.  In the office, The Missile looks good anywhere. 

How do I clean the filter?

-Just take the top off the Missile and separate the 2 filter nets.  The filters can be cleaned with running water and placed back in its original position. 

How do I turn it on?

-Press and hold down the power button until you hear the vacuum start. Then release.
